Flooring Installations by jackking.com – Online Estimate
If you have a Mac computer, my “Excel” based Estimate will probably not function!
AFTER COMPLETING THE ONLINE ESTIMATE, YOUR DISCOUNT WILL BE DISPLAYED ON THE LAST PAGE OF THE ESTIMATE. YOU MUST RECEIVE A PASS CODE IN ORDER TO OPERATE THESE ESTIMATES!
Why do you need a pass code for the Online Estimate? Simply because this Online Estimate spreadsheet is copyrighted.
Why am I providing an Online Estimate? Why don’t I just tell you pricing over the phone? There are a few reasons for this:
1. I would like you to become aware that I am very detail oriented and take all phases of the installation process seriously. You can use this side of my personality to YOUR benefit in providing you the very best experience possible. This means the installation AND the way you experience it personally. I can only demonstrate this INITIALLY through my Website or Onsite Estimate. I can’t completely demonstrate who I am, or what I’m about over the phone! Most projects are complex in many aspects, and a one size fits all answer is not always possible. Since you are probably already in your home, you have a great opportunity to experiment with this estimate.
2. I would like you to have a comparison between my estimates and my competitors estimates. My estimates are very detailed, with everything broken into categories. Consequently, my estimates are very reliable. My Onsite Estimates are even more detailed, since I can USUALLY see every aspect of your job. If a competitor hands you a business card with a number scribbled on the back, what does that really include? What happens once the job has begun, and they start hitting you with charges that were never DISCUSSED in the beginning? A lot of times this is what happens with those really low bids. SOMETIMES they may intentionally leave details out so they get your job. Usually an estimate that isn’t detailed in the beginning is extremely prone to change once the job has begun. Would that irritate the heck out of you? Do you want that kind of surprise? Isn’t it better to know your options up front? I make available information (Floor Remediation videos, Floor Remediation info, pictures, references, testimonials, guest book, etc.) you need to see if I make a good fit with you and your project. You can do all this in the privacy and convenience of your home or business without undue pressure.
