As long as your subfloors are prepared to the flooring manufacturer’s specifications, we will guarantee our workmanship for as long as you live in your home. If you choose not to have the subfloor prepared to this degree, we will still guarantee our workmanship for two years. The choice is yours, and will depend on your budget and how long you plan to stay in your home. We will explain all the options so you can make the best decision for your unique situation.
Our guarantee covers defects in workmanship. Repairs that we will do for free include restretching carpet, and replacing cracked, broken or loose tile and grout. If it’s something we caused, we will fix it!
We are able to stand behind our workmanship this way because we are proactive during the installation process. Quality installation prevents the need for repairs.
There are other things that can damage your new floor, but because they are out of our control, we can’t cover them in our guarantee. Examples would be chewing or clawing done by pets, water damage or breakage caused by dropping something on the floor. We will still be happy to fix these problems for you at a very competitive rate.
